This is the third bike we have purchased from Tacoma Motorsports, and I'm really glad we went back. Noah made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I got an excellent deal and the process, from finalizing the deal, to finance, to walking me through the new bike was quick, efficient and pleasant. He even helped set me up with Parts, and selecting a few goodies. It was a really enjoyable experience, and we'll be back.

Carroll in parts is amazing and can find you an answer on anything. Always heard this but finally called and found out it was true. Must have part for the weekend and OEM and aftermarket we're on backorder. Carroll found a bike shop in Illinois with my part number and they overnighted it to me. WOW, that's going over the top assisting your customers. Thank you very much.

I recently bought a bike from this location and I could not be any happier! I got a killer deal on my Yamaha R3! Douglas went above and beyond to make this purchase a breeze and also honored everything he promised prior to going through with the purchase. Even the sticker price on the bike, that was incorrect and but still let me buy it at that price (which was a steal after doing some research.) I couldn't say no to such an amazing deal! Carol (in the parts department) did a stellar job helping me with upgrades for my bike (I want to clarify that this was not part of a sales tactic from this shop)... I asked for for help and she delivered!! I had done extensive research about upgrades I was planning on buying for my bike and she nailed every single one without me even telling her I had already planned on getting those items. She is very straight-forward and knowledgeable, so I will definitely be going back to her if I ever need any help with parts. Eric (manager) was very friendly and helped me with my paperwork. Buying this bike was the most stress-free experience (to my surprise) and would hands down recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a new motorcycle/scooter/etc.

We went into Tacoma Motorsports to get a beginner bike for our son. We went in with no motorcycle knowledge, but Douglas in sales was very patient with us. Over the course of several visits, he answered all of our questions. We never felt stupid and we never felt like he was trying to sell us any particular bike, or up sell us. Once we found a bike that was within our budget, Eric in finance got our paperwork ready and got us in and out. The person in the accessories department answered all of our questions about fit and safety. Sales, finance, and apparel sections were wonderful. First timers- this is a great place to have your questions answered without feeling like an idiot.

We shopped around and only Tacoma Motorsports gave us the customer service and price that we were looking for! Eric in sales was amazing, took care of everything even knowing that we had been shopping around, treated us as valued customers. The parts department was awesome also!!!! Helped me with some new gear and the transaction was smooth and super friendly!!! We will be return customers!!! Got everything that we wanted for a price that was better than expected!

I highly recommend buying from Tacoma Motorsports. Eric was very professional and worked with me to get a very good price and financing on a Yamaha R6. I will be referring my friends and family to Eric for any new motorcycle purchases. I was in and out in just a few hours. Everyone there was very helpful and it was a great buying experience.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our salesperson was kind and showed concern when we were getting approved he wasn't pushy he was very honest and made the purchase of my new bike very easy!

I was referred to Tacoma Motorsports by a friend of the parts manager, Carol and decided to get a Husqvarna. I was also impressed that they had a great supply of Husky/ KTM parts for being a new dealer.

Parts department is on the top of their game! They often have parts in stock that other dealers in the area dont have, they also worked with me to match internet prices.

Just purchased a TW2000 from Douglas. He was very fair and a pleasure to work with. Will be back for accessories soon!

They made it very easy and painless to purchase my motorcycle. They went the extra mile in finding and transporting my bike to there store. They inspected it and road tested the se day i had gone in. I would recommend my friends and anyone else to shop at tacoma motorsports.
